My Order & the problems I faced

The food is good, my girl likes it. My problem is the customer service was bad. Not only did they say they did not receive the prescription after my vet sent the prescription twice, and your "team" finally received it the third time. But then customer service told me they would give me a $15 credit on my account and I still have not received it. But the atuo ship order has been deleted.

My other dogs has hypothyroid, and this has helped with her mobility and weight management. It has allowed her to be comfortable and back to her normal self.
