Many of our ingredients, such as our grains and most of our meats, come from the USA. Our lamb and venison can be free range from the USA or New Zealand. Our rabbit is sourced from Europe. Our trout can come from the USA or Canada and our wild boar can come from the USA or Australia. Where possible our suppliers are instructed to source their ingredients from the US. Where the ingredients are not readily available in the US, such as many vitamins, minerals and nutriceuticals, our suppliers will only work with reputable foreign companies, and subject all ingredients to rigorous quality testing. 7 years ago- A: All of our formulas will start with real meat and our puppy formulas feature ingredients that support healthy growth and development. It really is personal preference on what the Pet Parent is looking for. Our Wilderness line is 100% grain-free and is our highest protein and fat diet. It is a great choice for active puppies who may need the additional protein. Our Life Protection line will contain high quality, easily digestible whole grains, such as oatmeal and brown rice. The protein level will be lower than our Wilderness formula. Both are made with the same high quality ingredients. The difference is in the formulation, not in the quality.7 years agoHelpful?
