Item is as expected but there is only one in the box. Customer solutions was no help, told me not to go by the picture, but description said there should be two also. They had no answer for that but refused to refund or send a second.

Good to scare rabbits and birds out of garden area BUT very hard to put together. Instructions are not easy to follow. Where it particularly is hard is when you get to the area where the head is inserted into the SLIT under the chin! THEN you have to PULL BEHIND the head material OVER TO the HOOK! ALSO: there is a SLIT for the PLASTIC to be inserted BEFORE the MATERIAL IS PULLED UP OVER TO THE HOOK! Hard to put together! Have to keep re-reading the instructions and have to visualize HOW it's supposed to be! SPREAD the wings out. One small gold snap was broken on one but hubby was able to put a small screw in to replace it. Wings flutter nicely and the material is water repellent. We found an old broom handle cut into 2 pieces for the 1/2" insertion on the bottom and intertwined it to the chain link fence.
