The Bird-X Ultrasonic is definitely a Pro.

I ordered the Bird-X Transonic Pro as a replacement for an older electronic one from Tractor Supply. It was plastic, about the same size, and had one setting. I felt the older one had worked well to keep the mice away, because it was only after it stopped working, that I saw a mouse in my kitchen. This Pro ultrasonic is sturdy metal, has several settings and the very plain graphics painted on the back to show you how to set it. I really like this feature. Usually most instructions are on the packaging box. I keep it on silent during the day, and turn it up a notch at night. Have not seen any evidence of rodents for several weeks, I keep checking, and will eventually leave it on silent. I plan on purchasing another for my garage.

I have purchased two of these before and only one of them worked, I submitted for warranty and receiver a new one which did not ever work
I hope the manufacturer has corrected their production problems as I really want them to work
