Doesn’t work, waste of money

Too lightweight, falls down in a light breeze. There’s a hole in the bottom but you can only fill it with small rocks (which were hard to find) because the smaller holes will let water or sand out. Even when it’s actually standing it only keeps birds from coming within like 3 feet of it. Of course to use it I had to remove the tag and now I can’t return it.
