This 100% stainless steel, 28 Tray Commercial-Grade Dehydrator is designed for efficient, ongoing commercial use with a high-efficiency forced air convection system that transmits air horizontally for even drying. Economical and easy to maintain, this cost-effective dehydrator features a large tray capacity of 130 sq. ft., making it ideal for extensive commercial applications.

  • Adjustable temperature range between 85 - 195F as well as ambient mode, running just the fans without activating the heating coil.
  • Using the 99 hour digital timer, you are able to set the time and return hours later with no stress.
  • This highly efficient unit pulls up to 50% less energy than other models with the same dry time.
  • 304 Food Grade stainless steel mesh trays allow food to dry evenly on both sides. No need to rotate or turn food during the drying cycle.
  • Dishwasher safe non-stick mats can be purchased separately for fruit roll ups, flour, grains and also to cut down your cleaning time.

    I appreciate how intuitive this dehydrator is to use. Even with its larger size, it's straightforward to load, set, and forget.
