Poor boot overall

Heavy, twisted cord thread at rear heel area caused blisters on backs of both heels in one hard day at work. The boot laces are so long you have to tie into at least 3 bows to keep from dragging and un-tying. The hook eyelets have a a lip built in that make the boot laces hard to pull out - will obviously put a wear point into the laces causing pre-mature failure and additional cost to buy new. If I could, I'd return them

Great comfortable boot with virtually zero breakin

I bought these to see if they would help my feet stop hurting from fasciitis.
I put the W@lk Her0 insoles I have been using in bca my boots and these Duratread boots by far exceeded all my expectations.
The wide size is actually wide and the fit and feel is great.
Hiked 1000 vertical ft and over 6 miles in these after owning for just a couple days and my feet never hurt.
I plan on buying more of this model for backup hiking and also the carbon toe model for work.
The material between the sole and footbed really absorbs the shocks of walking.
Great for standing on one’s feet all day including on concrete.
Yes, I recommend this product.
