I expected the break in period to be far longer than it was, but they were super comfortable right out of the box. I don't know how I feel about wearing them for standing for long periods of time (such as retail work) but they're very comfortable for lots of walking around.

Great boot

I ordered these boots because I heard several recommendations to try Ariat. I do warehouse work, so I am on hard concrete for 10+ hours. I have been an avid wearer of timberlands the last decade. Let me tell you something, these boots blow them out the water. I have almost flat feet, and these boots give me no pain at all like others do. I broke my foot about 5 years ago, and in the two weeks I've had these boots. I have NO extra pain added from my footwear, like other brands. I will be getting another pair soon for casual wear.
