Falling apart

Side started coming apart after about 8 months. Wasnt told anything about 12 month warranty. Kept getting worse, called today and nothing can be done. Visited Edmonton with 15 year grandson and he saved his money to buy cowboy boots. This brand was recommended by the store we visited but to my surprise they didn't last. Total waste of his money and very disappointing to me. Not like he was out working everyday, just outside and back and forth to school. Would NOT RECOMMEND this brand of boot.
