Smells like smoke, tried to contact the maker and TS no response. So disgusting, tons of the pellets are black and it's all smoky

Does well soaked in water

I bought this for the first time for my donkey and goats. I soaked it in water and it does well , but i think the pellets are too large and should be smaller. Our goats seem to not care for it but our donkey likes them.
