Q: The screws will not fit the metal piece- like the hole is simply too small, even with a drill I am basically having to drill a new hole in the metal. What am I missing?????

When installing, aligning the insulator squarely on the chain link and starting the screw slowly can help ensure a proper fit. Using consistent screw size and avoiding over-tightening may also improve installation.

Bracket Design questionable

The holes in the bracket were too small for the provided screws. I had to drill out each bracket slightly larger by 1/64in to make it work. They should come already assembled.
