Turn and Run - DO NOT do business with ActionHeat!

Do NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. They sent me a defective Heated Hand Warmer Muff (they battery does not charge; doesn't even light up). I began the return/exchange process per their instructions. Their reply was "we will review and get back to you". Really? They need to review whether they will replace a defective product they sold to me? It has now been over 3 weeks and I haven't heard squat from them.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I have purchased 3 of these. We are all happy with how the muff can warn numb fingers in 60 seconds. The larger 5000ma battery will last 5 hours in high
