Yes I ordered a case (12) of this item, however minutes before delivery, I received a text the this item suddenly was not available and not delivered. As a customer, why would this item not be shipped to meet my order (even if it comes at a later date). This to me defeats the purpose of ordering online in my opinion and believe that would be the case if you ask other online purchases. I ordered multiple items (please review my order) but received only 1 selection (bird seed) out of 5 items to be delivered. This needs to change for your customer service especially for online ordering/delivery.
