Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bone ever! I have an American bully who destroys most bones within minutes! After lots of research I found this bone was vet approved and had to try it. It is perfect! Dog loves it and it lasts. Doesnt break off into pieces. Highly recommend. Three weeks of chewing so far and it barely looks like it has been chewed!

I have heard that these are NOT to be eaten, and if you see your dog chewing on a small piece of it...TAKE IT AWAY. Is this true?

Asked by: Karend14
The time it takes to wear down a Benebone varies depending on a dog’s chewing habits. As a dog enjoys chewing on the Benebone tiny bristles may form. Small pieces are ok to fall off but none should be larger than a grain of rice. Please see the vendor Instructions for Use and Safety here: http://www.benebone.com/safety/
