    Incorrect size of product purch and cust svc

    This was to fit a dog with a 30" chest and it was too small. Our dogs chest measures 30" at the widest point and we could not zip it up. Cashiers (2) at store didn't know how to do a return from an online purchase. Store manager had to be called up front to do it. The first 2 kept telling me I had to send it back and I told them that the website said to make my return easy I could return to a store.
