Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality and price This is a solid wire. We used it both to line a split rail and as a stand-aline between metal posts set 10 feet apart. It holds up well, no buckling or warping

Would this work to keep little dogs in the yard?

Asked by: JB07
Yes, it can. However, the Vendor would recommend a 2x2 16 gauge yard, garden, and kennel fence for this purpose instead. This would be woven product so it would last longer and be more stable.

do you have a website or printed instructions on how to install and deal with uneven siteS

Asked by: billtheoxfarm
You can’t install welded wire on uneven terrain. There’s no flexibility in the product, it’s like installing plywood, can only be done in straight lines.

Is the mesh small enough to keep foxes out of the chicken coop?

Asked by: jonl2
The 2" x 4" rectangular gaps should be small enough to keep foxes out. However, you will want to bury the line a few inches so they cannot burrow under.

Do you need wood posts to install this product or can you use T posts? Do you need a tractor and a wire stretcher to install ?

Asked by: herdem
Either post will work. Do not you a wire stretcher, as it will ruin the fence.

What gauge wire is this? Will a weed trimmer cut thru it?

Asked by: Flyershigh
This product is 14 gauge. A weed trimmer using standard line will not cut through.

Want to put on a 3 rail wood fence to keep rabbits out will this work ? what do I use to attach to wood ? I was going to put the wire on the inside (flat side ) of the fence posts are on the outside - is this ok? Thanks

Asked by: FH in Temecula
Use fence staples and it is ok to put it on the inside just make sure that any sharp edges are wrapped in away from the animals.

How would I attach this to a vinyl fence? I have a 3 rail vinyl fence system, and want to use this to keep my dogs in.

Asked by: snickle
There are a few methods but the best(causing least damage to you fence) would be to use wire ties. You may also want to secure the wire to the ground using U-shape staples so your dog cant dig underneath.
