Very disappointed in the Nitro Driveshare 10” Saw

I have many Worx products, both cordless and corded, and am very happy with them. However, the Nitro Driveshare 10” Universal Pole Saw attachment is very disappointing. The first time I used it a couple years ago the attachment extension broke after 45 min of use. I have since only occasionally used the saw without the attachment. Today the saw stopped working under load. Everything is tightened on the machine but there is simple inadequate support and rigidity for the product to be reliable. As a grass trimmer it is fine but the pole saw extension has a design flaw which prevents long-term reliable performance. I cannot recommend this product.

Pole saw works good but the extension fails

Have had 2 extensions fail within 45 minutes of use. The shaft inside overheats and breaks. Probably a design flaw or QC fail.
The pole saw itself works fine, the covers are a little chintzy and get knocked out of whack fairly easy but par for an inexpensive pole saw attachment, it will also work without the extension.
