The WORX Dual Line Feed Trimmer/Edger Line Replacement Spool with Line for WG100 Series is made from a patented copolymer nylon resin and synthetic material designed with an oval aerodynamic shape known as DoubleHelix DNALINE2. This patented design increases edging life up to 25% compared to normal use conditions. This patented resin line is softer allowing for the line to stretch and cushion on impact with hard surfaces. It has over 100 lb. of tensile strength compared to old lines that only offer 68 lb. of strength. DNA2 trimmer line is durable and flexible for longer life.

The quality of this product is not consistent. I've purchased these spools for the trimmer for a number of years and out of three spools, perhaps I hadn't had trouble with the line being wrapped so tightly it fuses together and you have to take the spool out and try to pull apart.

I am 77 years old and never could use a weedeater because I couldn't turn the knob to get to the line to add more line or fix a jam. Since I bought a Worx weedeater (several of them) I am able to trim areas that I couldn't before. Even my neighbor & his young boys & older teenage girls fight over who gets to use it. Well worth the money!!

The string was loosely wrapped so it tangled easily on the roll. The double string design is terrible.
