Finally, more perches for more Finches!

I had two of the 8 perch feeders but with the number of finches visiting for the first time since we move to Seward, I needed more. I saw these online as a new offering and ordered two. We were going to be gone a week and I had seen that as the feed went down the number of perches available for feeing also went down. The twelve perch would help solve this, but I would like more. So I joined an eight perch to the 12 perch for a 20 perch feeder. Now as the feed goes down, there are still an abundance of perches available for feeding. To join the two, take off the bottom of the 8 perch and the top of the 12 perch. The hardest part was removing the hanger of the 12. Slide the 8 punch over the 12 perch so the bottom hole of the 8 lines up the top of the 12. Take the top porch out of the 8 and put it in the place where the holes line up. I put a 1/4" 5" long bolt in the top perch of the 8. The photo below will show the 8 perch next to the 20 perch, if it lets me add a photo.
