Worst online shopping, worse customer service

I purchased this and I was notified that it was damaged in transit and was being shipped back. No refund yet from TS and when I call their customer support line, they never pick up. I waited on hold for 2 hours and eventually hung up. Suppose I’ll just dispute the charge with my credit card company. I do t even write reviews but you all seriously sent me an email asking me to rate my purchase. Laughable

No, I do not recommend this product.

The item arrived on time. It was pretty easy to put together altho it took a little longer since I did it myself. It’s good quality for the money. It’s my first raised garden and I like the height so no need to bend down.
