Q: Should I cut holes through the fabric liner for drainage?
24 days ago- A: No, you should not cut holes through the fabric liner of your GroundWork 7.8 cu. ft. All-Steel Elevated Planter. The included landscape liner is made of a porous, permeable fabric that is specifically designed to let water drain through naturally while keeping the soil from washing out of the built-in steel drainage holes. Cutting holes in the fabric will cause your potting mix to leak out, creating a mess under your elevated bed and leaving your plant roots unsupported.23 days agoHelpful?
Q: Any idea when this might be available for order? I love the one I have and wanna get another. :-) Thanks, Steve H

Q: What's the issue over growing herbs to eat?
4 months ago- A: Hi Neighbor! The primary issue with growing edible herbs in the GroundWork 7.8 cu. ft. All-Steel Elevated Planter is that the manufacturer does not explicitly recommend it for edible plants, likely due to potential, though generally low, risks of zinc and cadmium leaching from the galvanized material into the soil over time. Additionally, metal planters can overheat, which can damage plant roots, and they require more frequent watering.4 months agoHelpful?
