Works great cut a whole deboned deere into jerky strips in 10 minutes, it is a well built utensils, easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning blades are super sharp, highly recommend

Worthless piece of equipment, save your $$

The 1" piece of elk steak that my husband tried to run through this, was mangled so badly that at a certain point it would not go all of the way through. Yes, it was an old bull and tough, but not that bad. He had to carefully slice it out, pull it out from the top, with needle-nosed pliers as it would not go all of the way through.
No, I do not recommend this product.
