Your store management changed my opinion of Tractor Supply. I went to pick up a porch swing. The associate (Mark) who was very helpful and sold me the swing stated that it would be put together. I drove about an hour one way to pick up the swing. When I got there my associate (Mark) was at lunch so I talked to the manager. She told me I would have to come back Monday in order for them to be able to put it together. I told her that wasn’t what I was told by the associate. She informed me that it was my fault for not speaking to a manager. I ask her how would I know to speak with a manager when I’m assuming the associate was a representative of the store and telling me the truth? When I told her it was a two hour trip she apologized and offered to refund my money which I agreed to. In my opinion this is very poor management skills. After running my company for 40 years, I realized the biggest problem I had was the one I didn’t know about. I feel you might want to be aware of this problem in Frankfurt, Kentucky.
