Nice swing but comes with issues

My issue is not with Tractor supply so I’ll make that clear here at beginning, my issue is with the manufacturer that made this. It arrived all boxed up and packaged well but it had so many scratches on it. So the outside coating is just gone in places. The instructions are literally a joke. I don’t know if the company just likes to sit back and laugh at the Americans putting this thing together or what. Side note it does take two to put together. They punched out holes that didn’t need to be. They put holes in spots that didn’t line up to well. I did take plenty of pictures and reached out to the company that makes this they responded quick asking for front page of instructions, the order number, pictures, my name address. I mean the only thing I didn’t send them was my blood type. So far they have not responded back so I reached out by email once again to ask if they are going to respond back to me. So we shall see. Side note it is a nice swing once it’s all been said and done. Nice cushion and all that good stuff. You can make the bottom stay in place while laying it down. The cushion has Velcro which sometimes comes undone but it stays in place because there is a few different places it has Velcro. Anyways that’s all I have for now. Just waiting for the company to email me back. Would be nice if they actually had a number you could call but I guess email is better for them they can decide to answer or not. (I’m hoping they let me add my pictures to this review)

Bad Experience So Far

Unboxed in our garage and half the hardware is missing. Not sure if it fell out during shipping (box had a damaged corner) or was never packed to begin with. Cannot get TSC customer service to actually pick up the phone, they called me back, but I was on the other line. They left a voicemail with the same general number so I have to go into the queue again. Contacted supplier, they will send me new parts but won't arrive for two weeks. Not thrilled with the customer service all the way around. Hope the product is nice once I am able to use.

Defective

I bought this swing and it came in defective. I had a hard time assembling it because it was missing a few holes and screws. I was able to Jerry-rigged it because I didn’t want to take back to Tractor supply. Customer service was not helpful at all neither, I couldn’t find a Customer number to actually talk to someone. They do have an email but that was not helpful at all.
