Q: I'm trying to do a test on this battery to see if it is any good is it a STD or SAE battery

- A: It is a general purpose AGM. The best way to test it is with an adjustable carbon pile load tester. Fully charge the battery and load test it at 24 amps and the battery must stay above 9 volts under load for 15 seconds. This test should be done 3 times in a five minute period. If you have an electronic tester a good starting point to test is 100 CCA but that type of test is not as accurate. You will have a +/- 15%14 days agoHelpful?
