Q: Can my chickens and ducks have this
6 months ago- A: Yes, you can give apple-flavored deer corn to chickens and ducks as an occasional treat, but it should not be their primary food source. Chickens: Adult chickens can eat whole kernels, but cracked corn is generally easier for them to digest. Ducks: Ducks and geese can also consume whole corn, though cracked corn is preferred for better absorption of nutrients6 months agoHelpful?
Q: Can squirrels eat this ? Is it safe for them?
7 months ago- A: Yes, squirrels can eat apple-flavored deer corn; they love corn and the apple scent attracts them, but it's not ideal as a main food due to being mostly sugar, offering empty calories, and lacking essential protein and fats, so it's best as a treat, not a staple. Corn can fill them up, potentially leading to nutritional deficiencies like metabolic bone disease if overfed, so offer natural nuts and seeds for a healthier diet.7 months agoHelpful?

Q: We bought a bag of this deer corn and poured it in bucket with lid for storage and noticed it was covered in powdery white dust. It made a large dust cloud when poured into bucket. Is this normal? Bag we bought was outside of store on a pallet.
2 years ago- A: Yes, it can be normal and is not an issue. When the corn is cleaned and packed into the bags, there can be dust from the corn stalk that slips through the cleaning screen into the bag. It will not hurt or harm the deer that you are feeding.2 years agoHelpful?
Q: is this shelled or on the cob?
