9000 lbs Traveller Winch

I used this winch to straight pull a 64’ Pontiac with a locked up rear axle and one flat locked up front wheel, so only one wheel could spin. No block and tackle at all. Car was full of extra parts and only two of us doing the work. This thing didn’t miss a beat and made the move very easy.

Using the cradle accessory it will require two people to lift it to mount it to the hitch also the bolt hole openings make the attachment job more difficult than it needs to be

It dose what it was intended to do ,untill it breaks,then try to find parts. customer service will only supply parts for warranty winch.,after that your on your own. I spent nearly 3 hrs trying to get any kind of help[. I quess I'll have to buy a new one, It won't be a Traveller or any other brand Tractor Supply sells

Poor quality to cheap of medal

It probably would move 9000 lbs if case was made of something other soft case.
I just had my 2nd one break with a yr. It need to be built out of steel that would hold. Both broke off where they was bolt to tractor. Wasn't be abuse just got stuck on level and they both broke i sure theres no replacement part for that.

First pull on a tree stump

I maxed this thing out with block and tackle on a tree stump for a first pull and it did fine. Not sure how much safety factor I had left but I’m still using it to pull out smaller trees.
