Drove 20 miles for this tool box since my local store was out of stock. At the store, the latch malfunctioned, but an employee assured me it just needed an adjustment. Once I installed it at home, I discovered the latch was actually broken. Returning it to my local store was equally frustrating, as the staff showed zero interest in helping me find a replacement.
No, I do not recommend this product.

You get what you pay for

I have owned this toolbox for about a year. Within the first few weeks the right side latch broke. The spring inside fails to pull the latch up. Also this box lid does not handle any weight very well. Metal is super thin and flimsy. I do not recommend to box as I tried to locate the replacement handle parts to fix it however, I cannot find any replacement for the latch or the handle. Unfortunately no receipt so no warranty.. Do your self a favor and spend a little more to get a better quality box
