Did not receive the right product (twice)

I drive a Tacoma. I ordered this product because it was advertised as a universal mount. I had the wrong product delivered to me (not even the right brand, the product received was TSC branded). The product I received did not work with my mounting rails. I called customer service (for the record, Sheila was very helpful) and was sent the item again, only to once again get the wrong product. Now its been two weeks since I bought my truck box (which should come with mounting hardware anyway) and it still hasn't been mounted.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bolts are only 1/4” & you need at least 4 to hold a standard truck box to bed. This makes them a little expensive.
