The Tracker Safe M12 Gun Safe's long gun capacity is 12 long gun slots + 1 long gun on door organizer = 13 long gun capacity. This heavy-duty gun safe is equipped with a full internal door organizer and an internal outlet with 3 standard plug ins and 2 USB ports for easy installation of safe accessories. The interior of this highly secure safe is gray carpet with adjustable shelving. It comes standard with one large upper shelf and six small shelves included. Tracker Safe's gun safe features attack resistant external hinges that allow the door to open 200 degrees, unlike safes with internal hinges. This is a great size safe, great bang for your buck!

Q: Do they deliver it inside the house and down/up stairs if needed?

- A: This item will ship via LTL freight truck which is a ground level to an exterior threshold - usually curbside, driveway, or garage drop off. The LTL freight truck has one driver and a pallet jack. The driver will not move the safe from the pallet or move the safe inside the house. Q: Also, I would like to look the safe over at the store before taking it home specifically because of the numerous reviews that state the safe was damage during shipping, as well as having issues with missed delivery dates and times by your shippers

- A: You would have to contact a Tractor Supply store to arrange this. You could ship it to the store and pick it up at the store or have Tractor Supply deliver in one of their trucks(not entirely sure if they do that but other major retailers do). We have adjusted our shipping practices and the safes are arriving in much better condition than the reviews you have seen. Tractor Supply chooses the shipping carriers and we have to abide by their rules. Once it ships from our warehouse, we do not have any control of the shipping progress. But I know when the safes ship direct to the customer home, there is a delivery window that is required and the shipping company reaches out to the customer to arrange this delivery window.
