    Buy shear pins in bulk

    We purchased two of these for commercial use. When they work, they are great. There is a bit of a learning curve and be prepared to push down on the handles to lift the broom when it gets squirrelly. My biggest complaint, it goes through shear pins all the time and they aren't easy to replace. My one guy throttles down the unit, slowly engages the broom, then throttles up, which seams to help extend the life of the shear pins. I recommend buying shear pins by the hundreds if you plan on using this and getting extra long extensions to get through the broom bristles.

If the auger hits an obstruction or is overloaded with snow, the engine may shut off so that you can remove the key, clear the obstruction safely with a stick, and get back to work.     Clears snow like a champ

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine is great. Have had minor issues like cable loosening, shear bolt breaking, and some pulling to one side, but overall this machine combines the power of a snow blower and the cleaning of a broom.
