I never expected to find a PERFECT replacement part for my ole Ford 8N tractor at Tractor Supply! I recently bought a 1950 Ford 8N tractor, but soon discovered that the gas tank was rusted, and dirty, and that the fuel cut-off had been replaced with some OTHER replacement part that kept stopping up! I found an ORIGINAL replacement at Tractor Supply, it has the in tank filter/screen, and "reserve" just as the original is supposed to have! Since it's installation, I have had NO other problems, AND it was just as in-expensive (if not cheaper) than the e-bay choices that I could find! AND the Tractor Supply store was open on SUNDAYS TOO! HOW can ya beat that?

I bought this a couple weeks ago and it has been trouble from the start. First off, it took a couple months for them to get one in. When I installed it, it leaked right away through the gasket. It is rubber when it SHOULD be cork. A poor design. Also, when I was plowing today, the knob came off and is lost. I am very disappointed in this product.
