CountyLine Ignition Coil, 396547R93 is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacing tractor ignition system Purchased as part of an entire ignition system replacement on an old International Cub Lo-Boy. The tractor fired right up after replacement of everything- points, plugs, condenser, rotor, cap and coil. Tired of messing around with old stuff- just re-do it with new parts... saves a lot of aggravation and bad words.

does "internal resistance" and "without series resistance" mean that I don't need a resistor wired into the ignition circuit?

Asked by: 2hrspwr
Yes you are correct. Internal Resistance means it is built into the coil. Rated 2.9 to 3 ohms resistance.
