Q: Is this tank compatible with an oxygen-acetylene rig or standalone?

Q: Can What is the typical pressure on a full #2 tank? I hooked a tank up I just bought from the Richmond, Kentucky location and the pressure reads 55 psi. I feel like the two previous tanks I’ve refilled there read around 200 psi when first connected.

- A: Hi there, Per the vendor: Customer is correct. That tank at an acclimated temperature of 70 degrees should read around 200-250 PSI full. If the tank was at a temperature lower than that, use the chart below to reference pressure. But I would agree that tank was empty. It should be taken back to the Richmond, KY store and exchanged at no charge. Ask Richmond TSC to put a note on the empty tank in the cage, so we can swap it to them at no charge on the next delivery.3 years agoHelpful?

- A: No. The cylinder you are asking about is Acetylene. If you are wanting a 100% Argon you will need to purchase a ARG #1 tank. If you are wanting 75/25, you will need to purchase a MIX # 1 tank.7 years agoHelpful?
Q: Does the #1 (10 CF Mc) acetylene cylinder have a CGA510 or CGA200 connection?

- A: All cylinders that TICE purchases new are CGA200, but this is a customer owned program so there are both connections in our fleet of cylinders across the country. We do sell adaptors for them.7 years agoHelpful?

I was so thankful had the right product at the right time you guys were open and Saturday and was able to get a tank of gas I needed to finish my project
