Mediocre quality workmanship, too lightweight

Some of the welds were broken and the feeder was dented prior to use. The feeder is so lightweight that the goats continually knock it over, pinning the kids underneath. I would not buy this again.

Love it!

It is the perfect size for our small herd of goats and it cuts down on waste so much! I love the tray at the bottom because it keeps all the hay from going down straight to the ground.

Rust! No help from Store Manager or customer serv

The Ruther Glen Va store pulled and delivered a very rusty hay feeder. Despite multiple phone calls to the store and customer service as well as help tickets, this is still unresolved. The scrapes and rust on this will cause it to rust out in a year. I am willing to keep it and treat the rust and repaint but I should get at least 50 percent of the cost refunded. After holding for 40 minutes to speak to customer service I was promised the store manager at Ruther Glen would call me. There has been no call. Terrible customer service!
