What happened, these used to be nice

Found some of these on sale and bought 2 for each horse. I have used them in the past but now they are cut poorly so they don't fit over the jaw well AND the material doubles over like a seem right in front of the horses eye....on all six of them. Tried to hang them in a way that would get them to lay right but it did not work. Will not be buying this brand again.
