Breaks easily

When the product doesn't break, it is great. However, I have bought 2 pairs and both of the broke. I have banded ear plugs from other companies that last for years. These lasted a month and I only used them during track meets.

Great protection, band a little weak.

Best of this category in that the foam is soft and easy to replace when they get old. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that the band broke on my first set very early on. I promptely ordered 2 more since they work so well.

Convenient if no limbs or obstacles touch

The main drawback is that the connector bar can be hit or snagged by limbs or other obstacles. Contact can pull the earplugs and transmits the contact noise to the ears.
