Just bought these Dewalt headphones. To pair the blue-tooth, the directions state that you double-press the button on the right hearing cup. One "hearing cup" has three buttons, the other has none. BTW- neither cup in the drawing is labeled "right" or "left". While they're at it the drawing says that the "up" arrow turns the volume down while the "down" arrow turns the volume up. I hope to one day get these working. Can't even comment on the quality of the product yet.

Pretty good until it stops working out of nowhere.

I bought these about 3 months ago and they worked great until they stopped working out of nowhere. The headphones still charge, but only sometimes turn on. Even when they turn on, they no longer connect via bluetooth to any of my devices. The headphones were not physically damaged in any way. They were connected to my PC, I disconnected them from bluetooth, and now they cannot connect to anything else. While they were working, they were a 3 or 4 star product. The microphone and volume control did not work, but the protection quality was good.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The left ear stopped working after several months of light use. The sound was fine (the microphone for phone calls wasn't great). Can't recommend to purchase until they fix the wire strain issue.

Bluetooth incompatible

I've owned this product for several years and have used it's bluetooth while working in my shop and or yard maintenance using power equipment. Loved the noise canceling and ability to Bluetooth to my phone until recently I upgraded my apple phone to the latest version and no longer have the ability to Bluetooth. Very frustrating! Looked for a software upgrade on your site to no avail.

No, I do not recommend this product.
