Woodworkers and metalworkers alike enjoy the huge 18-3/4" x 16-3/4" table, speeds from 180-3240 RPM, built-in 110V work light over the table, and a generous 4-3/4" spindle travel.

The table features T-slots and coolant channelswhich allows it to be easily outfitted with a vise or clampsand helps contain cutting fluids when drilling metal.

It can swivel 360° around the column and allows for drilling at different angles as it tilts 90° in both directions.

The M1039 boasts a powerful 1-1/2 HP motor that smoothly powers the twelve spindle speeds ranging from 180-3240 RPM.

This 20" Floor Drill Press has a drilling capacity of 1" through mild steel. The low RPM speed is vital to drilling metal.

Setting the adjustable depth stop allows for predetermined and repeatable drilling.

Prewired for 120V, the M1039 can plug into a standard 120V wall receptacle or can be converted to operate on a 240V power supply. If you prefer 240V, refer to the Voltage Conversion instructions in the manual.

Like all Shop Fox drill presses, the M1039 comes with a 2-year warranty which covers parts and assures the unit is free from factory defects. (Consumables are not covered by the warranty.)
