If the goal is to cover 144 sq ft (12 x12) with ties that each cover 8.5 ft (length) x 0.75 ft (width) = 6.375 sq ft per tie. cover kit

This cover kit was easy to replace on my existing frame. Unknown how long it will last as the 1st cover completely disintegrated from our intense Colorado sun in about 16 months. This time when I installed the new cover, I immediately. covered it with another heavy-duty tarp(Silver) to protect it from the sun. Hopefully, I can get a longer time period with the double cover now. I feel the quality of the covers could be improved to last better.
