Triple-layer rip stop tough fabric is 100% waterproof. The enhanced weave polyethylene cover is UV-treated inside and out. Patent Pending ShelterLock stabilizers ensure rock solid stability. As stated in the manual, it is strongly recommended that snow be cleared from the roof to prevent damage. The tarp only last two years if it is set up in the direct sun. I bought three 12 by 20 feet and all of them deteriorated fast. I’m the fool for buying three.

FANTASTIC SHED AND GREAT SERVICE! I ODERED ON-LINE AND HAD A BUDDY PICK IT UP FOR ME. SOLID SHED. COVER LASTS APPROX 4 HARSH WINTERS, THEN I BUY A NEW COVER

Poor fabric

Worked well for a couple years. I could tell the Sun was starting to deteriorate the fabric. Held up to many wind storms, but finally with the fabric weakened, it succumbed to a wind storm and shredded! Needs UV inhibitors, in the fabric. Jmo
No, I do not recommend this product.
