It also contains the nutrients your lawn needs to grow a thicker, greener turf. Applications should be made to northern grasses (excluding dichondra, St. Augustinegrass, or bentgrass lawns) in the early spring before the 4th mowing or before temperatures regularly reach the 80s. To get the best results, the treated area should receive 1/4 to 1/2 inch of water from rainfall or from watering within 2 to 3 days after the application.
