The expected date keeps pushing for a month and the product has not arrived. Showed in stock awaiting carrier pickup. I even called the store for help. Shipping malfunction apparently. Still ongoing

I sprayed Kutters with a pump sprayer. I didn’t see a real change in the rust color. I have half of the gallon to spray it again. It looks to be watered down to barely work.
