Good Quailty for the price

I bought this Martin house last year. I am happy with it. I had 4 rooms occupied. I did close off half of the rooms. It is easy to assemble. Before assembly, I recommend this web site: http://www.purplemartin.org/.

Nothing but sparrows

I bought this P Martin house 3 -4 years ago. It did survive 2 big hail storms and lots of wind and rain, no problem. It did not attract any Purple Martin's. I maintained it, got rid of sparrow nests. It is in an acre of fairly level land and about 60 feet from the house. I had a Martin decoy. Even printed off purple martin pictures and taped them to the perches. I finally removed it last year. I think the rooms may be too small and the porches and perches are not needed, according to what I read.

Piece of unusable crap

This is a total piece of crap. The connectors that they provide that plug-in to hold the pieces together don’t stay in the holes. Therefore, it is impossible to assemble this thing.

roof on after the pole is inserted into the floors

do not pin the roof till you have the pole in place ,as having it off makes for easier pushing in of the pole retaining pins,into the plastic floors,

This house would not stay together , the push in fasteners would just come out instantly. I have another house from the same company never had an issue with it ever, that house is over 9yrs old.
NOT worth the price anymore.
