I have no problem with the product. The whole system is very impressive. My problem is with online orders and customer service. The product said free shipping through our the order process. When I placed the order, it included a steep shipping charge. I tried to call customer service to straighten it out. After being on hold for over an hour I finally hung up. I called back and requested the offered call back from them and I never heard from them. My recommendation is never order from TSC online. I never will again.

Purple Martin birdhouse are wonderful made well easy to maintain the purple birds love them

There were multiple critical pieces missing (screws to hold the gourds together, the stars to hold the gourds on the pole, ect). We went to return the product to the store thinking that someone had just returned that one without all the parts, but when the employees checked the other boxes to make sure all the parts were there, EVERY SINGLE BOX WAS MISSING THE PARTS. These are not parts that we assumed would be in the box, THEY WERE PARTS THAT WERE CLEARLY STATED AS INCLUDED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX! We needed the gourds in a rush so we were forced to go to the hardware store to find pieces that would fit. And spent a ton of extra money trying to make them work just to find out that our Purple Martins can't get into them without a Porch that we have to pay to order. I have never been more disappointed with a product in my entire life.
