Bird feeder deck hook

Using this on a metal gate. It’s adjustable so can be secured to smaller than deck board. Has a nice angle so keeps feeders higher on lower fence s/ decks. Shipping was also really fast and arrived in perfect condition.

Description is incorrect and manufacturer and/or Tractor Supply needs to correct it. This hook does NOT swivel 360 degrees as advertised. The wing nut only tightens it in place and does not allow for swiveling for easy filling. This would have made it a 5-star product. False advertising.
