- A: To take apart the bottom of your Royal Wing 32 oz. Red Balloon Hummingbird Feeder, simply hold the glass balloon (or plastic reservoir) and unscrew the red base in a counterclockwise direction. If it has become stuck from dried nectar, soak the entire base in warm water for 10–15 minutes to loosen the sugar crystals before attempting to unscrew13 hours agoHelpful?

Q: I bought this feeder about a month ago. I went to wash it out and add more sugar water to it. But when I tried to put it back together, water started gushing out the bottom. What am I doing wrong?

Easy to use and clean

This feeder has a large liquid capacity,and is easy to clean. The Hummingbirds and Orioles have been feeding regularly at it. The perches work great for them. The bright red design is attractive for the Hummingbirds.

I couldn’t hang it fast enough. Had birds with in minutes.
Very well made. Has bright red and white flowers. If I was to have a complaint it would be be the bottom don’t come off or I haven’t figured it out yet
