I've had this product for quite a while now and ever since then I have had no problem what so ever with the squirrels climbiing up to my birdfeeders. This is a stopper for sure.

coupler design needs some re-work

The product would likely work well to deter squirrels if you could get the coupler to actually work. I have a standard bird feeder pole and a shepard's pole which is much smaller in diameter and couldn't get the coupler to work on either. Even with the standard bird feeder pole the coupler would not stay in place once the baffle was attached. The shepard's pole had no chance given that it's much slimmer in design.
This product needs to include a rubber gasket that the coupler attaches to on the pole. I'm amazed that people actually got it to work. I returned both of mine.

Great product

This baffle not only keeps squirrels out of feeders it also keeps raccoons and opossums out as well. I put up the same size poles for hummingbird feeders and use this as well to keep animals out of them. Works great.

This is a well made baffle. We have a “squirrel-proof” feeder on a shepherd’s hook. The baffle fits around the hook and over the feeder. No more squirrels doing acrobats!
