I did the pre-smoking as the directions said.....no smoke until I turned the heat up to 330 degrees....turned it down and no more smoke......after the two hours I let it cool and opened it up to find very little wood chips used...only blackened a few chips....if I had left it on 220 they wouldnt have burned at all....what am I doing wrong here?

I have been wanting an electric smoker for a long time and couldn't decide on which one I wanted, this one was on sale , so I got it. I am so glad that I did. I love this smoker. It is so easy to use and the perfect size. Not only does it work great, but it is also very pretty. I love the picture of the cabin on it. I had never used a smoker before, this one is perfect for a beginner and I'm sure great for an avid smoker, too. I highly recommend this smoker to everyone.
