Q: How long will it smoke before adding more pieces of wood? Also, will it smoke during the winter?
7 years ago- A: Hi Old timmy, The length of time depends on the amount of wood chips and whether they are dry or pre-soaked. If the wood chip box is ¾ full with dry chips, they should create smoke for about 60 minutes (at the first sign of smoke) without adding more. Pre-soaked wood chips will take longer to ignite, and the smoke is likely to be less intense, but it should add about 10 more minutes of smoke output. These smokers are designed to function in the fall and early winter climates, so there should be no issues with smoke output. - GHP Group Customer Support7 years agoHelpful?
